General
A building can be build on each land you possess.
This building can be increased or reduced by 1 level at a time.
Increasing the buildings level will make the building more efficient.
EX: land with resources will bring you more each hour, inventors will discover faster, more troops can be build at once...
Reducing the level to level 0 will result in the option to build another building at that location.
